Most major airlines fly direct to Accra from their main hubs in Paris, Amsterdam, Istanbul, London, Dubai, Doha etc.
We would encourage you to get a visa from the local embassy, but we can also arrange a visa on arrival for you if you send a picture of your passport bio data page plus itinerary 2 weeks before planned arrival. The price for this service varies from country to country. Please check on the Ghana Embassy Website in your country.
The following are recommended hotels close to the conference venue:
1. Fiesta Royale https:\/\/fiestahospitality.com<\/a><\/strong> is very conveniently situated a 5 minute ride away from the conference venue
2. Mensvic Hotel https:\/\/www.mensvichotels.com<\/a><\/strong> is also a 10 minute drive away.
3. There is a Marriott and Holiday Inn just outside the airport, and these are both 20 minute drives away from the conference venue.
4.. The African Regent hotel https:\/\/www.theafricanregenthotel.com<\/a><\/strong> is another good alternative intermediately situated between the airport and the University Campus.
The above hotels are priced an average of 180USD a night.

We have also reserved 20 rooms in the 1 star Yiri Lodge https:\/\/yiri-lodge-accra.accra-hotels-gh.com\/en\/<\/a><\/strong> which is a 10 minute walking distance from the conference venue and affordable priced at 50 to 80 dollars a night. The University of Ghana Guest Centre(https:\/\/legonconnect.com\/university-of-ghana-guest-house-2\/<\/a><\/strong> ) is also a 30 minute walk across the grounds of the oldest university in Ghana.<\/p>\n
